Shipping

Most orders ship within 24 - 48 hours Monday through Friday. We do not operate over the weekend, which may affect processing time. Please contact us if you are concerned with ship times before placing your order as all orders are non-refundable and ship times are only estimates (provided by USPS) and not guaranteed. 

• US orders over 25$ ship for free!
• Canada orders over 100$ ship for free!
• World wide orders (anywhere outside of the US and Canada) over 200$ ship for free!

Please note:

• We are not responsible for customs/inspection fees or any import taxes, etc.
• If a shipment is returned due to an address being invalid we may charge shipping fees to resend. Please verify your shipping address and unit number if applicable.
• If you do not see tracking updates or receive your product in a reasonable time, please reach out so we can investigate. 
• Shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• It is your responsibility to ensure correct shipping address upon checkout. 
• If you do notice an incorrect address please reach out ASAP so it can be corrected before your order is shipped.
